IEEE MSIT RAS commenced a YouTube series on the topic “Zero to Gans in Machine Learning”. The YouTube series aims to help students acquire insight into machine learning by providing a hands-on learning experience and by putting ample stress on fundamentals. Machine learning is a method of data analysis that automates analytical model building. It is a branch of artificial intelligence based on the idea that systems can learn from data, identify patterns and make decisions with minimal human intervention. The series started in August 2020 and till now there have been a total of nine uploads. The progressive sessions for the month of May had been taken by Tushita Singh, a second-year student having a core in electronics and communication and the general secretary of IEEE MSIT RAS, well-versed in programming languages such as c, c++ and python and Akshit Sehgal, second-year student having a core in electronics and communication and the treasurer of IEEE MSIT RAS, ML enthusiast and adept in python and c++. There have been a total of four uploads for the month of May. The videos comprehensively explained the fundamentals of python required for machine learning. The uploads for May 2021 include: Python lists, Python dictionary, Python tuples, Python functional programming Additionally, the series also has associated groups on various social media to discuss different aspects of machine learning and to resolve doubts. Similarly, attached doubt forms and feedback forms have also been circulated with the information regarding the uploaded videos. The YouTube ML series has garnered an average of 300 views and has proved to be fruitful to the intended audience. Keywords: YouTube, ML series, RAS, social media, doubts, feedback
